A legal advisor who has been professionally associated with the maritime industry for many years. He completed both court and legal advisor training. He completed his professional internship in London, working at the Richards Butler law firm. Then he worked at Allen & Overy, where he dealt with financial and banking law and corporate restructuring. He provided legal services to the largest shipbuilding companies in Poland, as well as legal services to shipowners, banks and real estate companies. He participated in a number of court and arbitration proceedings, both in Poland and
abroad. He is an arbitrator of the International Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Maritime Commerce in Gdynia and a member of the Technical Council at the Polish Register of Shipping.

For years, he has been successfully combining legal activity with management activities. He completed MBA studies and postgraduate studies in management at the Faculty of Management of the Gdańsk University of Technology. He served as president of the management board, among others, of Stocznia Gdynia SA or Remontowa Shipbuilding SA, also managed the sales and purchasing areas. He coordinated complex investment and production projects, and managed large teams of people. He has extensive experience in negotiations and risk management.
